Expands the Drive on the Moose SH to 60GB from 30GB

Drive was filling up.

NOTE: EBS Volume Changes do not happen automatically via terraform due
to a known issue with updated AMIs. The change was made manually via
the console and is reflected here in case of a rebuild.
