Additional steps

1. You have to sync the files in /var/www from an existing repo server. @duane might haev more information on how we pick and choose. The file list is in filelist.md, but could be outdated.

2. Had to run chcon -R -h -t httpd_sys_content_t /var/www/html to fix the context.
